The ECD Consortium which has been working towards strengthening the evaluation capacity ecosystem has developed four critical knowledge products that aim to simplify and consolidate the knowledge around ECD, as well as make these products accessible to the evaluation practitioners and other relevant stakeholders.

This event will launch these products and facilitate the crucial conversations around the development of these products, emerging opportunities and the way forward.

This event features keynote address by Dr. Devi Prasad Bhukya – Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office, NITI Aayog and Ms. Neeta Goel, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation India.

Furthermore, three panel discussions and one fireside chat featuring thought leaders, senior evaluators, researchers and so on. The highlight of the event will be showcasing of a knowledge hub – Eval Capacity Hub.

These events play a very significant role in not only taking the conversation around ECD forward, but also giving space to emerging opportunities within the ecosystem and networking among diverse stakeholders.

2. Focus on exploring complex phenomena, such as attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors, and understanding the meaning and context behind them.
3. Use techniques such as interviews, observations, case studies, and focus groups to collect data.
4. Emphasize the subjective nature of the data and the importance of the researcher’s interpretation and analysis.
5. Provide rich and detailed insights into people’s experiences and perspectives.
Limitations include potential bias from the researcher, limited generalizability of findings, and challenges in analyzing and synthesizing the data.
